take it slowly
always doublecheck what you will do before actually doing it
use [ctrl]+[c] instead of [ctrl]+[x]! it is better to copy THEN delete than to cut-and-paste and find out there's not enough space. things can happen... like *accidentally* deleting the copied files before repeating cut-paste process... especially on an ext3 filesystem... =\
